She wasn't even convinced with Kathas monologue during drunk Viaan scene. Annoyance on her face is so visible from a long time. Still some Katha fans dare to blame who criticizes Katha when actress herself isn't convinced!!

Actors fan always blind to defend whoever criticizes their fav character. Nothing new. They always thinks they are only smart people exist.

That's the problem na. As soon as ship gets compromised for the sake of story, audience leave. Be it shamita track during which ship was compromised, be it Vaanya Seema Teji track. As long as audience don't get an episode with a scene with ship, they will leave. I watched this show because it sold me a story and ship was part of the story.

That's why audience only deserve Ekta shows. Its all ship. Keep shipping for life. ML's sister almost killed FL, no worries, FL will go back to ML no matter what. ML's family keep torturing FL no worries, she doesn't have any self respect and will come back no matter what. Ekta is a smart lady indeed that she capitalized on this sentiment a while ago.

See in KNB, Preeta is back again at Luthra mansion and Srishti is about to die. She will again seperate and again come back just to die.

I don't know I don't watch. Watched this show after a decade but ITVs pattern hasn't changed a bit after a decade even. even if this show air 1 more year, show will end in this way only, they have to wrap up in 2 weeks

I still find it funny how the audience turn a blind eye to entire ONS thing and the destruction it caused and still expect Katha to return back. Seperation was bound to happen. Although, in the beginning, the reasons felt irrational but, now when sensible reasons are revealed (which I saw coming from a mile) still, same insensitivity.

What to say, many within this Elite and sensible audience find it sensible to blame everything on Katha for ONS. And, now, they find Katha culprit because she is trying to protect her child from that disgusting truth without any malice against Viaan. Audience conveniently forgot everything Katha did for Viaan and only see her ignorance towards Viaan. They say she should trust Viaan when, clearly Viaan has no control over this situation and are like "Who is gonaa tell the truth to Aarav. Like Seriously? Tell me, who was going to reveal the truth between two people but, it still came out.

This story would have felt incomplete without this truth being revealed so, it had to reveal someday and, it had to bring destruction along with it. I was here for a story and I was getting that story. I am still getting that story. Not that I am enjoying it but, I am getting a story.

No wonder Ekta's show run longer with higher TRPs because she knows Indian audience are a bunch of buffoons and will stick to your show as long as you give them hot romance between the leads. Story can go to hell, logic can go to hell just give them lead with good scenes and audience will ship them like crazy. Side characters can go to hell just leads scene and nothing else. Hence, we have Doormat FLs who will return back to same place which stole everything from them without an ounce of self respect. Ekta Kapoor is smart bussinesslady.

I thought this show had an elite audience who looked for a story rather than a ship. However, a majority within this audience are still ship hungry buffoons. Or, what you call the mass audience. Not everyone is like that. There are many who are here for story as well. No wonder all TV serials are same on ITV. There is nothing wrong with shipping but, look for logic too if ship is feasible or not. If it is unfeasible then, wait for it, be patient. No, you want a KaViaan kiss scene in the most unfavourable conditions possible.

For the first time, I monitored both the audience and the show this closely. Now, I understand why all the Indian shows are like this with FL being doormat with zero self respect. Same goes for ML as well. And, this cycle is going to continue till eternity.

More than makers, I am pissed at the audience.

Separation was never the issue, nor was the ONS. The senseless Move On track was and is the issue. Audience doesn't forget anything and audience is always king! It is because the elite audience left for lack of a story that the show is ending. The audience loved the Katha that was not a doormat, channel turned her into one with zero self respect. Had the channel seen more backlash against the post leap episodes instead of constant undeserved praise, they might have made necessary changes. So, IMO the blame for the axing sits on the shoulders of those little schoolgirls who drone on about post leap Katha's POV where none exists. Post leap Katha is an embarrassment and I am certain Aditi as a mature woman and a mother is very well aware of that. I wish her well and to wish her well is to wish this abomination of a show ends as fast as it possibly can.

They should come back with a second season. Leave the show on a cliffhanger, take a couple of months break and then start again from where they left off. If Ekta came push one trashy season after another trashy season of BALH, why can't they. Would be better than shutting it like this.

And, I'm pretty sure Aditi wouldn't have had anything to do with this decision. Firstly, I doubt any actor has enough clout to shut down a show because they don't like the story arc. Actors are easily replaceable. The most they can do is quit because of creative differences. Ph and channel have a thousand ways to continue a show if they want to continue one.

Secondly, why would she kick her own source of income and that off the thousands others when the problem is easily solvable? They could have sat down, and discussed how to get back things on track if people were open to suggestions. Industry is a cutthroat, fickle place no matter how good you are. And really what are the chances of getting a show that is actually different from the others on the itv? Slim to none. Every show on the TV is the same. They'll never work again if they'll be this choosy about small things. Good opportunities come once in a blue moon here.
