in the nidahas trophy, there used to be a bd player who always did naagin dance whenever he took wicket so sl players mocked and teased him for that. and then when bd won mushy did the naagin dance to reply the players back and then there was a match whoever wins will play final vs india in same tournament, that was one of the most controversial match appaerently towards the end 12 off 4 needed for bd shakib wasnt happy with an umpire decision and he wanted to call off the players and walk out but mahmudullah calmed him down and somehow won the match for bd

and this rivalry continued in 2021 world cup too when litton das and lahiru kumara got into a fight

and in asia cup last year shanaka said bd has only 2 world class bowlers, and bd manager replied we have 2 they have 0

IMO their seniors are nearing retirement and youngsters haven't caught up yet. Even in IPL not many of them are warranting a place with their performance. Liton Das and mahmadullah occasionally shines leaving the team in a lurch.
