DJ is closest to Duryodhan, arrogance and madness like a child, easy to manipulate & brainwash, emotional fool for those who he cares about, intense dislike for cousins. When Yuvika came for Prem's operation he knew Yuvika aayi hai but he didn't meet her, when Yuvika went to Rishikesh after Prem's death He knew that too and he I guess liked that. But when Yuvika returned again finally he met her that time & he called her gold digger "Mujhe Laga tum wapas nehi aaogi kyun aayi Mahajans K paise se dur nehi reh Pai?"

He was ok with Yuvika staying there only when he realised her target so it is kinda clear that Neil prefers Yuvika staying away from Mahajans. That's why he booked cab for her

Thankfully Yuvika looked traumatized watching Isha Arjun with suitcase with the idea of leaving Delhi.

Now tables have changed and Yuvika looks more in love than Neil Neil I guess has moved on getting habituated with the idea of loving Yuvika
