That's so sad. It was really not needed. For once they could have shown a better story than the old sibling hatred.

It’s not about actors not wanting to continue or renew their contracts. It’s more that dkp didn’t ask them to renew their contracts because gen 4 is starting and there is no role for them there. Pranali is 24 ..so her contract Ended and has not been renewed because akshara is being recast with an older actress. Abhimanyu is not in gen 4 ..his character has ended in gen 3 ..so why will harshad be asked to renew his contract. All gen 3 full time actors had their contracts end and dkp only asked a selected few to remain in gen 4 as they are needed there. This will be a few old goenkas..everyone else is out. Harshad was shedding tears in an interview done after his last shot..so the guy obviously was sad that his role as abhimanyu ended. So there’s no way he didn’t want to renew his contract..but rather he didn’t get asked to renew his contract as he is not required in gen 4.’ 😂
