Exactly! This story is about how he realizes his mistake and goes back to Piya. However, things will be difficult because each of the past incidents were interrelated. By undoing one incident, he has altered the others as well. So now he has to establish the harmony first and only then everything can get back to normal.

Ugh, this is so interesting! Has he been transported to an alternate timeline or it's another era in the same world? Both the concepts of time travel and alternate timeline are fascinating, but will require a lot of work from you as a writer. Best of luck for that.

But I really do hate you for ending this chapter on a cliffhanger. You better update the next one soon. I'm curious to know what happens next. How will he rewrite their story and turn their fates around. It's going to be a task but a fascinating one.

I know it's a little frustrating with all the riddles and everything but realistically speaking, it's not possible for Ansh and/or the Reevavanshis to crack the puzzle immediately. Hence you'll have to bear with me for a little longer.

This is getting exciting. This story is sharp and crisp and absolutely to-the-point. The characters are brilliantly written, either better version of the original show or in-character completely. So glad to see Piya (a character I recognize) and her journey. The buld up so far has been splendid. I'm actually not sure how you'll continue with this and how you'll wrap things up, because a lot seems to be at stake at the moment. Their lives, their hopes, and an entire world that may or may not concern them.

Will Piya and Ansh meet in this universe? Makes me wonder how she'll be able to bring him back or convince him of the severe consequences this could have.

I'd say I'm trying my best to maintain the characters' integrity as these were beautifully etched characters until the makers decided to highlight a certain someone. In addition, I'm trying to explore more layers since it's natural for people to evolve and become a better version of themselves. The show did focus on that aspect on a couple of occasions but it was barely enough.

As for your question, yes, Piya and Ansh will come face-to-face otherwise this story like will keep going in circles. However, it will take some time because unlike us, the characters aren't aware of what's happening. They'll have to analyze their situation and then decide on their action plan.

Until then be patient and keep reading. I have a feeling you're gonna like the following chapters more because the focus will be on the concept as well as the characters.

Piya has hit on the solotion none of them thought of. And it can give them the clue they need. When Pia finds out what Ansh had wished for, she might feel hurt. But hopefully she will also see how much he is regretting saying that.

You actually got that right. She'll be hurt but she won't misunderstand him. I'm not trying to romanticize it or take away points from Ansh's family because they too loved him immensely, specially Vedashree. But even with all that, they were constantly wary of the possibility of Ansh turning evil and Piya was the only one who knew him inside out. So she wouldn't go all rogue, blaming him for the mishap. Instead, she would read between the lines and resonate with Ansh's feelings. However, she's human after all; so it'll overwhelm her - both physically and emotionally. I hope you'll enjoy that shade of her as the story progresses.

Interesting development.

The others aren't aware that Ansh isn't their Ansh, but his counterpart from the future. His head must be reeling from all the info dump on him because everything is different here. It just adds to his responsibilities and how he'll do it differently this time. Even then, he has his own weaknesses, his love and his hopes, and his inability to part from Piya, which he won't do in any of the lifetimes. I'm glad he's at least thinking this instead of cutting the ties completely.

How will Piya from the future timeline affect the story and their lives here? And how will Ansh manage to do what he's wanted to do? I'm so looking forward to this.
