She is very sweet and caring with her mom.
Aish's expressions were really funny...
I read an article which said her mom was detected with cancer early this year...must be tough for Ash to have both parents go through same disease... maybe that could be the reason she's protective of her close ones.
Btw, forget Bacchhan family, where is Abhishek in all this?

I read some people calling the little girl autist and other bad words 🙄 I hope Aish protect her of Social Media.
I think Ash being Aaradya’s mother, she knows what is best for her. We don’t need to comment or worry about how she parents. Her daughter looks just fine to me and smart for her age as well. I would worry more about those star kids who are involved in crime and drugsOriginally posted by: Clochette
I would not judge Aish's character (which I don't know), but it is obvious that the environment she lives in, isn't a happy and relaxed one...and if she has fear that her daughter gets trolled and shows it this way, it certainly isn't the right way to deal with that possibility...fear is - mostly - something that has negative effects...

I don't think she's doing anything wrong, it's pretty obvious Aish is a very paranoid person, and that's probably because she knows there's a lot of gossipers (who wish ill) around her family. Sri Devi was similar.
What we know about the Bachchan family also checks out here. I thought the speech was adorable because it was so obviously unplanned.
It seemed like Aish was repeatedly trying to grab Aaradhya's hand like she always does, but now that Aaradhya is finally growing up so she has the sense of the wanting to have freedom. Hence everytime Aish was about to grab her daughter's hand like she is still an infant, Aaradhya actually made a gesture that she doesn't want to be held like this anymore. She's like, "Enough is enough mommy! Now time for me to stand up as an individual." Aaradhya sounds like very intellectual and quite smarter than both of her parents, probably she got the brain and wit from her grandfather.

She’s an 11 year old child. It’s OK.
And I know you didn’t say this, but as far as Ash being worried about Aaradhya messing up and getting trolled, one way to avoid that is to stop taking your child to all these public events. Again, she’s just kid and the more exposed a kid is the higher the chances of their mistake and goof up getting plastered all over the media.

No, I wasn't...and I also commented because Aaradhya was made subject of a thread...and she shouldn't...and even the video shouldn't have been posted...
Or maybe her mother shouldn’t have brought her to a press meet.

Aish is a very overprotective mother. And I can’t help but wonder what happened in her life to make her so. Sometimes it’s something you went through when you were younger that you want to protect your child from. Or maybe something she’s seen. Either way, being so protective and sheltering your kid to this extent also has downsides. And can the teenager please be allowed a haircut that’s different than what she had as a toddler?
Disclaimer: I don’t know anything and I’m just speculating.
Had to put that in there before anyone comes at me
By all accounts Aishwarya had a normal healthy upbringing. I don’t think it’s her past that’s causing this level of attachment and overprotectiveness. I do however wonder if the fact that Aaradhya is an only child, and probably not by anyone’s choice, is the reason for Ash being so over protective. Aaradhya does seem like a very well brought up child and also very well spoken for such a young girl. But it’s hard for me to defend her Mom basically using her as her constant plus one wherever she goes. I do wonder what she’ll be like as a full blown teenager or young adult as far as independence and self assurance goes.
