I was rewatching that conference episode yesterday with that scene where Viaan is putting on the brooch and suddenly it falls and he just drops his phone to catch it and it hit so hard after yesterday's episode. Viaan has his cartoon painting and that Robin painting still and he is giving that brooch to someone else. Why did he have that brooch anyway? Shouldn't it be with Viaan still? It was his gift! Also, it's basic decency to not give someone's gift to someone else. Even if you're not in a relationship with them, or don't want that thing anymore. Just return it to them. What's this nonsense. If not Viaan think about this person you're giving Viaan's gift to. How would he feel if he knows that you have him something that previously belonged to someone else?

Dog brooch Aarav gifted to Raghav was different from what Batman gifted to Robin. So, atleast that level of decency is maintained.

Viaan will be insanely heartbroken at this development. After years of hatred and betrayal, he fell in love then, all this tragedy happened and now his old friend isn't even ready to face him actually hates him. Most importantly, his love moved on so easily. All the dreams he made shattered. He should atleast get some closure.

He deserves a lot of love and affection.

Exactly. This reason is more sensible but it does not justify her getting ready to marry another guy. For that you need Aarav. So they're going for a mix and match. Jahan jo bahana chal jaaye woh laga lo

This reasoning was bound to be shown one day or another. Many quoted this reasoning. I quoted it and I remember you also said something similar to this. Some analyzers on twitter also said this.

Aarav, oofff. Moment I start feeling their angst and longingness, I realize this seperation, this longingness , its all because of Aarav, It breaks the entire immersion. Now, I don't know what they are trying to show through his jealousy track with Ruhi. He got what he wanted what does he want to show. Katha is also to put on blame here as why she is unable to control her son, she will marry whom her son likes and she has no say in it ?

I was watching an old episode. Episode 232 and 233, (Viaan Katha dream sequence and Viaan coming to Raghav's house).

Aarav said a line in flashback - "Ruhi ne mujhe bataya ki uski mummy ne kaise Raghav ko hurt kiya par Raghav kisi ko hurt nahi karte". Does he know the entire truth? This line can be considered as a logical continutation to the sentence - Viaan was hurt by his father but, he did hurt Katha. His sentence felt like as if someone said this exact thing to him.

If that's true then, it will be pretty messed up. Then, what will be point if they unite?

Nahi re....the broach was different.The dog broach which he gifted to Viaan had black and white combination and this one has white and brown.The gift box is also different...Viaan's one was a transparent one.

Oh okay. I didn't notice that. Why is he going around giving dog brooches to people? Is this his way of marking these guys as his potential papas? Like dogs mark their territories by peeing there?

Chalo it's a different brooch then. I was so furious seeing that whole thing and then that talk about how keeping katha and all of them happy was doctor's zimmedaari and all. These forced family moments are just so cringe. Like Viaan didn't keep them happy. All of his contribution, everything he did for them has been forgotten because of one overheard sentence. He has been reduced to just his mistake- a mistake Aarav doesn't even exactly know about. There's not even any room for forgiveness. How's this behavior of an 8 year old even being justified?

This is something I agree with a lot. First of all, Aarav's behaviour make no sense till now that how he is able to hold a shallow grudge against Viaan for such a long time. He was one matured kid he should have been that way. Also, he is unable to see his mamma is happy or not. From being "Koi kisi bhi chatle firte aadmi ko mera papa kaise bol sakta hai !" to "Aao adopt me papa".

Writers completely ruined his character graph.

So true, from koi bhi chalta phirta insaan mere papa nahi ho sakta to meri jab marzi main kisi bhi insaan ko papa bana dalu, Aarav's journey is very short
