It enacted some great public policies. Attracted talent from all over the world. Do you expect me to keep giving you history lessons? It is a world super power? It has a military 12 times more powerful then the country with the second largest military.

Women r as safe as before ..just with the addition of Social media.

More working women force compared to earlier. More women entrepreneurs compared to a decade back. More back to work programs for women in recent years.

What stops other Oil rich countries from forming such policies and attracting talent from all over the world.
