But yes this recent Flashback is a result of story change. Here Prem didn't even ask Avni why you are doing this to me, he simply said, you must have some reasons WTF Bhoomi clearly told Yuvika that Prem wanted to fight against Avni's accusations but in that process he got to know something else. In recent flashbacks they didn't show Prem trying to defend himself much or calling out Avni.

This is the result of repeated retcons in the plot

The show want to promote female empowerment but made a woman out and out villain. In reality, it's SP and DB who are main villain. Nobody acknowledged bhoomi's sacrifices but it will be always Prem's gungaan.

Your post made me think whether DB intentionally let all this happen other wise it is not a big thing to cover up the scandal by his connection he would have found avni years before as well

I think according to the og script he let all these things happen to break the falily apart cause he was the mastermind but then they changed the script for XYZ reasons and now it looks like DB is incapabe of running this family
