After rewatching last few episodes with HM, i understood why they didnt show neil as the officer. Conflict of interest, Neil doing everything and fiunding results could have easily been negated since he was connected with Vidur and was best friends with Yuvika. With HM she was impartial who got here accidentally and then appointed as default investigating officer. But they overdid that .She was an officer cameo not a main character. And its nothing new tbh for indian tv. Either they are underwhelming or overdoing something. Used to it. Thats why i am not finding much problems and outraging like everyone else.

Writers remember every minor detal but ( intentionally/conveniently) FORGET MAJIOR PLOT POINTS LIKE THIS

Well she might have killer her, then hid somewhere and called so it's possible. I don't see why she killed her though, just give her some money and get her out of the city
