His father and brother only worked at Annapurna's business, and she's still alive, so they aren't likely ATMs for Gattu's largesse either.

That leaves Gattu's mother. Does Gattu know what she did to earn the tips that ended up in his bank account? Will there be a powerful emotional scene when he finds out?

Maybe he had a side hustle whilst studying away. I doubt he would have been your typical student more an entrepreneurial one.

As for the back story of his mother I have no idea and don’t really think about it however as you have asked the question, maybe she just about made enough for their their day to day upkeep. Wouldn’t have been easy for her.

Even if he didn't earn it himself, considering it's family money, he has a right to it, doesn't it? Ofcourse he's answerable to his family if they ask where he's been spending the money.

Anyway, they've shown he's handling the family business now so I'm sure he has himself earned enough money to splurge the way he likes.

Of course he has rights to it! I wasn’t questioning that.

It’s not long since he has been back to manage the business so I was merely commenting on the previous post as to his carefree splurging on Imlie’s family in this weeks episode nothing else. He can splurge away all he likes, it’s fictional heh.

If only fictional for him was my reality☺️🧞‍♂️

Does anyone feel the wig they are using gets frizzy in some scenes? They need to comb it in between shots so it atleast looks decent.

Sharada, you're right, Agastya is always cool as a cucumber even when there's so much trouble around him. There was such a fear looming around their truth being exposed but majal hai ki Agastya shows it on his face. I love how he tackles Sonali - he's cocky with her, he's smart with her, taunts her, is quick on his feet and also stern when needed.

I'm not sure why Jugnu feels Imlie will help make Agastya smile. Doesn't he already know the truth about this fake marriage? Yeh Agastya ka cousin Karan ko kyu laa rahe hai. I wished the chacha chachi didn't have their own kids and kind of adopted Agastya as their own.

The banter between Agastya and Imlie needs to be written a bit better, there's something missing I can't point out. So much romance is being shown. Atleast iska phal trp ki soorat main dikhe.

I just hope kisiki buri nazar na lage Sai pe 🧿🧿🧿. Finally we got slot leadership today in the show, the show is doing very well and I want the show to survive for long.

It's strange how a man can claim before the society that he knows a bar singer (proving he visits such a place). But the daag is somehow on the girl singing trying to make an honest living but not someone who leaves his wife at home and visits such places for their own fun. Such professions exist because there are men who want such places, no supply without demand. I hope Imlie one day points out the hypocrisy of such men. Or if we are in luck, someday in the future after realization, Agastya himself will stand up for his wife (and his mom) by showing the hypocrisy.

Didn't like how Agastya mentioned that Imlie would never be married (implying this due to her profession). Will they show a backstory of his parents and why he holds such a low opinion of a bar singer considering his mom was one too? I would love to see Imlie reject him when the truth is out and him trying his best to seek forgiveness and make her accept him.

Just want to point out that Agastya will make many mistakes on the way and also show some toxic traits. Without this, there will definitely be no story for them. If Agastya was all perfect and the best gentleman ever, the show wouldn't survive a day. For a TV show to survive, there needs to be a conflict between the leads, there needs to be a growth arc for the characters. I'm glad Sai is part of this show which is well written, well executed and well performed.

On a light note, I miss one more open button on Sai ke shirts. He would have looked uber hot 🔥🔥🔥

Wohi toh, had this been the reality for us, we would spend such money too. Don't parents earn money for their kids? No one ever starts from scratch or point 0. Our parents give us the education and food and opportunities that help us build up our wealth. He has been given a foreign education and a ready business to expand. Ofcourse he needs to put in effort to maintain/ increase the wealth. He's privileged that he was accepted by the family and treated at par with the legitimate kids (and rightly so).

How I wish I was born the daughter of SRK. Mere bachpan ka sapne hai yeh lol.

Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee✋ I told you yesterday itself that something is really off with his wig .. I mean Wig itself is off but from last 2 or 3 episodes it looks even worse

I am really liking the pace the show is going on. I loved the way they are showing the conflict in both Agastya and Imlie regarding the rituals and the relationship. Imlie the dreamer she is had always dreamed of having a happy married life with her husband. I am glad Imlie is voicing out to Agastya that she is hating it everyday when she is asked to pretend as a wife to him when all along she knows that this is fake marriage and Agastya is not her husband in any sense. Agastya when he falls in love with Imlie he is going to have to convince her that he indeed wants her only and let him struggle to remove this misconception from her heart and mind.

Loved the way they both had to complete the ritual. The wife had to place the prints above the husband's and Agsatya had to lift Imlie up. I like that both Agastya and Imlie know what is the feelings of each other and they now know when the other person is hurt. I loved it when Agastya saw Imlie crying alone, he immediately asked if she was hurting or if he did not lift her properly. Small baby steps - He is understanding that Imlie is a girl with dreams of married life. When he understands the mazboori then he will realize that Imlie is not a gold digger but was really stuck without any money to save Ashu and that is why she agreed for the contract marriage.

Sonali is prodding Agastya because she expects Agastya to blurt out the truth if she taunts him enough. That is why the taunts and the "bol hi do lallaji" provoking. So looks like someone will recognize Imlie and according to the precap Agastya is fighting him. I don't know how the creatives are going to cover this thing as Sonali is not going to leave out the investigation if Imlie is disclosed as a bar singer.

I loved the way Imlie makes Agastya understand where and why his words are hurting her and Agastya does understand that he has overstepped his limits. He is slowly learning how to say sorry to Imlie too. I feel Agastya after seeing his mother suffer, thinks that a bar singer can never have a decent person want to marry them and that is why he keeps on saying that it is not as if you would have gotten married anyway. But once he understands that there are some people who might want to marry the social standing not withstanding - he will realize that he was wrong in passing those comments. I feel at this point even if Imlie being a bar singer is out that is not the main concern. The fact that the marriage is contract marriage should not be out until the last moment. Can't wait to see how Agastya and Imlie come out of this mess in tomorrow's episode.

I am really glad that Imlie is the only show which has gained trps this week and is a sole leader in this slot.
