Arre voiceover is on set, he knows script. Aage ka conversation leak nahi kiya. My guess is Inder ka phone call part pehle shoot kardiya. Angad Sahiba jungle scenes aren't shot yet. Different sets.

She will and ask maafi to all. They won't forgive and Seerat di will lead charge.
Usske aage ka kya hoga nahi pata. She will definitely not leave hospital till Angad is declared safe but she won't be allowed to enter his ward by Manveer Seerat.
