And you have to hold onto your own principles - that means support people when they align and disagree with them when they don't.

I agree, people and their moral compass is complex. You can’t completely cancel or worship anyone, however I draw the line on a personal level with anyone who intentionally harms or justifies killing children and abusing animals. That’s an automatic hell no for me.

This interview has been doing the rounds on my social media circles. I will have to watch it later.

Piers Morgan very mildly pleasantly surprised me. He's typically pro-Zionist. But I think he has hosted a few pro-Palestinian speakers lately. And although not as strongly as I'd like - but he has softly admitted that Israel's military is going too far.

I wasn't surprised by Dave Chapelle, though. It is a shame that he's transphobic, and I will call him out on that. But he has always taken a stance against racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, and ethnic violence. Going on an anti-Israel/pro-Palestine rant during his act is very on-brand for him. I bet he pissed off his newfound right-wing fans who thought their transphobic buddy would agree with their racism and Islamophobia too.

I genuinely try to live by this statement. There’s just no way people are going to agree with everything you say or you stand for and you can’t cancel every single person who has different views. I have always been against cancel culture unless one is a complete fascist.

I have to agree with this. Dems self-righteousness and do-gooder act is infuriating they are openly supporting a government that is commiting war crimes. I always saw through GOP, but it took the pandemic for me to see through Dems. Both sides will sell their soul to the devil for power and money.

Oh my heart. Kids who were too young to attend the Pro Palestine protests in the streets organised a demonstration on Roblox. How precious. 🥺❤️

This dude never gives anyone an opportunity to speak but has nothing to say and fumbles when other guests challenge his opinion on Israel. Who knows, it could just be a case of any typical Zionist supporter who really has no grounds to support Israel other than prejudice for a certain community.

The guest was very passionate. I could feel his pain and frustration.

Loved this guest.

Piers knows there are people on both sides, so I do think he is going to interview guests on both sides.

Agreed. This is exactly why I want nothing to do with the members on this forum who have justified genocidal Israel’s actions. My moral compass is clear and it doesn’t waver.

They are all evil every government official is but dems are a lot less evil than GOP and that’s a simple fact no one can deny. I’m Muslim raised in a conservative household yet I vote for Dem every time even though they supposedly against every thing I should “stand” for. As I grew older I learned to interpret my religion in ways that work with we were as a society. Same sex marriage doesn’t harm me or anyone else in any way shape or form but putting guns mentally unstable people who mass shoot schools and other public places def does. My religion teaches me that abortion is forbidden unless it’s for health reasons yet I’m absolutely in favour of it because my religion doesn’t teach me to force others to carry to term. It’s teaches me how to live my life cause I’m the one practicing it doesn’t teach me to expect everyone else to live by it. So many other things I can’t in good conscience vote for the republicans even though they are supposedly the ones I should “relate” more to (lots of people in my community do it thinking it’s the right thing) So if Dems are evil and pro war so are the republicans but Dems at least try to let people lead the live they want to instead of controlling them wether it’s who they love or if they want to be mothers or not. Again they might be both evil in same ways but they are absolutely not the same because GOP is bad in every aspect wether it’s intentional or domestic.

There is no way in hell any democrat is getting a vote from me for as long as I live. I will vote third party. In fact, I will work actively against democrats. Biden is toast. He still hasn’t called for a ceasefire. Absolutely pathetic. He’s literally on his deathbed and hasn’t done one good thing in his life. This was his last chance. I just don’t get it.

The only way to hurt Zionists is to boycott those who fund them and unfortunately USA is on top of the list and totally complicit in this genocide!

I won’t vote for them either but I don’t believe they are worse than the GOP.

I hear you and I do see where you are coming from. In a lot of ways I agree with you. GOP are a nightmare. Dems support of the Israeli government has been the final straw for me. I do not live in the US. Biden is talking about peace, but then he is giving aid to an government that is killing innocent civilians. I did always think Biden was the worse of the democrats to run for election. He is pro war. He voted for war in Iraq too.
