Even Pyaar ka dard had same backdrop but Adi wasn't toxic. Rajshri handled the difference of opinion, culture and upbringing very well.

Even before All the fiasco I never liked manjiri because she competes with AK in stupidity and they both are incomparable with others in Rishta verse.

What stands out for me is K bhaiyya coming off mute mode to spew non-sense with his partner(Muskan) shes also an aberration to the lovely bhabhi nanad rishta ever witnessed in the 14 year history of yrkkh.

OG Akshara bonding with Varsha & Shaurya or Kaira bonding with Keerthi & Naksh has been so endearing but I couldn't see that even once in this entire season. Infact Neil and abhi bonding has been cute until Neil's parents reveal track. Even Abhi Paarth was good till abhira 1st separation post marriage.

IMO this season is a flop due to the superficial bonding between the Goenka siblings because audience compare the sibling bonding with the sibling bonding of their parents and grandparents.

Sadly SP FLs have always shown to be busy with laddoo making or trying to find love for a happily ever after. Wonder if there's any respite from this stone-age notion of women need a man to take care of and provide living.

1. Exactly! But I feel that YRKKH FL's are always busy in finding solutions for the problems that they themselves create that they don't have time to do anything else. No to forget, they have the job of being nosy in everybody's affairs and trying to help them as well.

But seriously we need more shows where FL actually has a bigger goal than settling down and getting busy in family affairs.

2. I think they will let Abhi live enough to become the ideal husband type standard for the next gen FL. She will be like "I haven't seen what my biological father was like but even though I was not his daughter, Manyu Papa took very good care of me and my mumma like a best friend than being a husband so I am going to go find myself a best friend type husband as well!"

IKR! There is nothing wrong with being a housewife but there should have an aim in their lives. Would it hurt for them to get a job? Like they could have showed that Akshu focused on her music therapy thing and just stick on it. What was the need to bring in jam business, the law degree and everything else.

Either these TV FL's do not have an aim or they simply stop following their dream in the midst of the show to be completely dedicated to family affairs.
