Pretty much confirms that the whole abrupt switch was done under TRP pressure.

Aangan makers want a prime time slot, and the 8.30-10 ones are virtually irremovable.

Article also suggests a possible time switch for D-T, although whether or not the PH will be amiable to a switch remains to be seen.

DDG I think is going off air and Pashmina will take 7.30 so IMO it's either 7pm or going off air for D-T. An alternate could be to push it to beyond 10.30, but I don't think the makers will want to explore that option.
