I can totally see the other doctor falling for him. I'd be surprised if they didn't show it actually!

But what they could've also done is get Swati as Ayesha in the 21st (very similar to the original, but not married to Jay). Again though, her character needs to stay grey-ish (like what was shown in the 21st)
