This was actually a pretty decent episode, but my only grouse with the makers was that it should've been stretched over 2/3 episodes.

Instead they made the marriage a 2 minute Maggi- even Tara's previous so called ceremonies with Samrat had longer footage dedicated to them . No long/drawn out Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet for D-T; just a quick marriage.

The good parts though

Asli Mangalsutra being found- interesting that the nakli one couldn't be tied!

Dhruv and Maharani being truthful about their doings to Tara (the replacement mangalsutra part- no MU's there)

Ishaan and Riya looking very nice in their wedding outfits!

Kanhaji's blessings to them

Even asambhav assenting to D-T marriage (I think this was the makers' way of closing his track)

Think the consummation/romance parts will be pretty tame- some cheek pulling , a forehead kiss, holding hands and a hug with some quick symbolism to show it's been done. I'd be really, really surprised if it's anything more tbh.

Pity they didn't even show a promo for marriage. A casual viewer tuning in last week should've been shown repeated promos.

You have written everything I feel. I wanted marriage I advocated for it but I wanted to see everything. I wanted to see all the rituals performed well.

The episode was good but so fast. I think it was less than 15min and everything done. Best part was the fake mangalsutra wouldn’t tie and real one was found. Kanaji again blessed them - this means they are forever. So by this they will not ruin godly verses.

I also agree that wedding promos would have been great and consummation would be hug and then darkness. Then we can use our imagination 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I don’t understand why a new plot. 21st century has scope and they can explore it so much there. However KVG the new entry is confirmed but Tara is married and her wedding is blessed by god himself and I want Dhruv tara in same century.

We waited for the wedding for over 100episodes. We are loyal fans and we wanted Dhruv Tara’s special day moments but they didn’t even give us 30minutes.

I agree with Mansi that it is time to take a damn break as I am very angry that they wasted my precious time only to show something I wouldn’t show a 5 year old child as he would laugh too.

I don’t want a story around a kid - keep that boy like prince. There but not very consequential- however if he is Dhruv and Tara’s which I feel he will be then a child deserves a father. I also want Dhruv in the same century as Tara. Had they all gone to 21st and trying to establish there would have been an amazing plot - in between brings issues but I think we are cursed just like that damn throne and are getting 17th or sone other miserable century. This was a time travel show and right now it’s giving me Ramsay Brothers vibe. I rather watch The Exorcist on repeat at least I know it’s going to be dark very dark.

Tara has the right mangalsutra and the wedding was blessed by kanaji - they changed destiny and even that fking baba gave up. Could they have not even us only two episodes of their life in 21st century!!!!

Romance scenes of DT? I have seen kindergarteners romancing well than what they show on the show. Like aekiel mentioned I would be highly surprised if we get anything more than hugs, a forehead kiss, hand holding that’s it - then imagination and those who don’t know what is s**X can read a biology book on reproductive health.

Done! We need a damned break. I rather go back to reading Dante’s Inferno - at least I know I will get a message out of it. This show is now typical ITV where everyone is taking a leap and separation. Boring as f**k!

On top of that Riya going people love 17th century makes me think they are tone deaf too. No one loves 17th century- many are bearing it and rest are fed up with it. That stupid navrangvan was used as a transport system basically.

Although very interesting that anusiya and sukanya didn’t come to see Tara off and still don’t know about time travel aspect of Dhruv and Tara.

Who knows I find both Riya and Ishaan quoting things which are so untrue at times so who knows where there are getting their news from. Maybe she likes it so thinks we all do too? I certainly don’t have never praised it. In fact you all know I used to continually complain that leave and move to 21st.

Same I hate triangles of any kind and what’s with always falling for married woman. KVG is in his 40’s and audience love Dhruv and Tara and their chemistry. Meko adhed umar ka chichorapan ni dekhna!!!! I want Dhruv and Tara. They had so so much scope in 21st which would have attracted viewers but nope.

She is not very articulate, in fact none of the cast is except Narayani and Vineet - they are veteran’s so maybe but rest I find can’t articulate and most of the time are more confusing. Riya says things which aren’t true, Ishaan goes on the journey which only he understands, I haven’t seen Krishna’s interview but he is always overly optimistic, Tillo used to give multiple choices, and Anusiya contradicts herself in a sentence. That’s why I never believe a word any of them say.

I hate 17th century and I am fed up now. This was supposed to be mix of both but we are stuck in past aren’t we?
