Shobhna mentioned Devyani so I am sure Devyani was part of their life in past but this lady seems fishy to me from day one.

High chances are there that she is Avni & purposely in that old lady get up to hide herself.

Shroff - He is already involved in whatever Dhanraj is hiding, he has mentioned it before that he knows their secrets and he found out about Roohi at the party itself so he had no time to do it. Never doubted him

Vidur - He has been blackmailed by Shobhana for years and has been keeping silent for some reason, the guy who was ready to take murder charge would never do that

Neil - He has no reasons to go after Mahajans, he doesn't like them but his main issues are with Dhanraj, plus whoever changed it also harmed Yuvika that time and Neil would never put her in that position. Which means he has been doing this all with pure heart without any other intentions (which will also gives rest to the maybe he some hidden motives theroy)

We don't even know her backstory yet, she may have had very good reasons to not go meet Prem for 20 years or got after Mahajans. Also, yea she could be Avni too so yea why wouldn't she do it
