But i do think that even though they are no longer copying GC Seerat isnt really in love/obsessed with Angad even if he's poor or powerless. Her whole purpose is to be elder bahu of rich family.

I think if someone else rich and powerful showed interest she'd forget Angad.

Theres also some crazy hate for Sahiba and treating her as a servant whos obligated to save her, take care of her, provide for her even though Seerat is elder. They have made her insensitive to her own family, not that Mongas are any better than Brars. Full of selfish people.

Sahiba seems to be the only person who cares for people even when they screw up and puts their age and the "rishtaa" above personal grudges, past deeds etc.
