Ash has never posted an Insta story. She is a complete noob and is not tech savvy at all, whereas all the Bachchans minus Jaya are extremely tech savvy. So no, your justification does not add up.

Again, not tech savvy is not a good excuse. It’s just freaking Instagram story. No one is asking her to do edits or photoshops. And when was the last time she posted for Shweta or Navya’s birthday? She posted for big B’s but that’s because the whole country makes a big deal about his birthday.

Nahh I think it’s your justifications that don’t add up. Fact is if they don’t want to post about each other that’s fine. But why vilify the Bachchans for something that she doesn’t do either? She doesn’t even follow anyone other than her husband.

I am pretty sure aish-abhi probably live separately, thus the cold vibes from patriarchal parents. Mere bete ko dur kar diya types.

The timing fits somewhere between Aaradhya’s birth and shweta moving back to Mumbai. It may be a case of too many people under one roof. It may be parenting disagreements. It may all just be a coincidence. Who knows?

Shweta moved to Mumbai because her marriage obviously failed. Her kids were teenagers then and in boarding school. So their Bollywood career or no career wasn’t the reason. Remember the Shweta Hrithik rumors? Yea she’s separated although seems on really good terms with her husband, publicly at least.

Yeah, Ash doesn't follow anyone because that is precisely her, she is not active on Insta and does not go there to socialize. For a long time she did not follow Abhishek either. She just goes there once in a blue moon and posts a pic and disappears. But Shweta follows 900 odd people and Ash ain't one of them.

Why would Shweta or Navya wish her birthday? I never expected them to do that. Ash has wished Amitabh and Jaya on their birthdays. Never was it reciprocated. Ash attended some of Shweta's events also, such as the launch of her flop clothing line; never saw Shweta do anything remotely supportive of Ash. Instead, she openly hangs out with Abhishek's former fiance Karishma Kapoor.

It is clear Shweta hates Ash. And it is also apparent that Ash tried to be friendly towards Shweta and the Bachchans in the past, only to have been snubbed. So now it appears she has stopped trying too.

OK I won’t argue against Shweta hating Ash because that may actually be true. Something about the way she talked about Ash on KWK seemed off to me. It may very well be jealousy as one is a fully self made accomplished woman and the other one seems lost and unable to do anything or find what she’s good at.

Jaya is not on Instagram so she shouldn’t be judged for not wishing her DIL on birthdays or anything else. In return Ash is on Instagram and yet never posts anything for her mother in law.

Karishma is Shweta’s cousin in law. I don’t think they always hang out but when it’s a family event then yea they’re gonna be cordial. Ash herself was seen dancing with Karishma at an Ambani event. If we are gonna pick on Shweta it should be because she was praising or crushing on Salman Khan on KWK.

One last note about Ash attending Shweta’s clothing line launch. She was the only one of who showed up not even wearing the label Shweta was launching. Everyone else from family, even Katrina Kaif, was wearing one but Ash showed up in an Abu Jaani top I believe. I mean come on … whatever is going on between them it’s not entirely one sided.

Hasn't Aish been walking at Paris fashion week for years now and this is Navya's first time walking for whatever it is she does in life? Given that, I don't think it's surprising that Shweta is supporting or posting about Navya as her mother. Jaya isn't on social media to bother posting anything. She's not obligated to post anything about Aish, I've never seen Aish do anything or post anything for Shweta either or her brother's wife either for that matter.

Anyways they clearly don't get along for various reasons and that's that. Bhabhi nanands hardly do anyways. It's clearly mutual - neither are Bachchans villains nor is Aish an abla nari being tortured. Let's not pretend that's the case - Life isn't a Sooraj Barjatya movie. They're clearly keeping their distance so they can be cordial and not have extra stress.

Why is it such a big thing to not get along with your in laws .. isnt it common? It’s coincidental they were under one roof for the same event. Atleast they are not faking good relations. It’s healthy to stay away from people you don’t get along with.
