He will , I'm pretty sure HM is looking at Neil in Yuvika's room and that DB scene is a seperate scene which is stiched together for the precap

The way they shoots NeiVika scene dikhane K liye unke landmark episode mein time hi nehi bachta though they initially plans to air NeiVika on landmark episode only but it goes to precap & next episode

Like how it happened during 50 Episode, they aired that special sequence of NeiVika & Prem-Yuvika planned for Episode 50 on Episode 51 instead

I hope they drag this hospital stuff for only 2 episodes , do a minor time leap after that and show that Yuvika has recovered
