He tells her that Vidur just asked him to always keep an eye on Neil & Yuvika for their safety sake, hence only he was following her.

Hoodie spy then tells he & Vidur heard gun shot outside parlour, then Vidur asked him to run away but Vidur still went inside got accused & arrested though he isn't killer.. he also claims Vidur asked him not to give witness to police that Vidur was outside when that fake nurse was shot.

Then hoodie spy contradicts saying Vidur & he didn't have any idea that Yuvika also reached beauty parlour that night. Now we have seen for long period Yuvika was waiting in parking lot outside parlour & a spy supposed to be following her from office, didn't even know that she was at that location..

Spy was with vidur that time may be thats why he dint know abt yuvika being their near parlour

Technically yuvika was not convinced that vidur is innocent. Her doubt was strong till the hoodie man told her the truth. Phir Ghar jaake vo yahi bolti hai ki vidur innocent hai ki nai(don't remember the exact line). In short, abhi usse clarity mili nai hai.

Accha hua neil gussa hogaya nahi tho Yuvika phir se doubt mein gadbad kar deti tho aur gussa hojatha life long trust issues hothe
