I really hope what you say happens and I agree that for Abhi they gave such a good redemption arc, there is no reason not to do that for Ak.

Except that in a lot of ways it would invalidate the past eight months and more importantly Nav. Already by having her marry Abhi again, they are invalidating Nav, by having Abhir call Abhi dadda and accept him and even ask his parents to get back together, they are invalidating Nav. But for Ak to actually accept her mistakes, it would be the last nail in the coffin. Its already getting really hard to keep him relevant and yet they keep trying. The latest example being this stupid pregnancy thing.

I also feel like the damage done to Abhi can never be reversed. I don't know when he is actually going to be happy. I know people claim that he is happy cause he got back his family and he also claims that, but it is clear that he is not. We are used to taking Abhi's words for granted cause he used to be straightforward with his feelings. But what they are showing is that he is not happy. In today's episode it was so obvious ( atleast from the clips I watched), that he is just sad and detached from this relationship. I think it was deliberate cause he looked much happier when interacting with junior than with Ak. It looks very similar to his behavior with Arohi during their wedding prep, except that he loves Ak and clearly cannot hide his love and care. But he is not happy with this wedding. He just sees this as the only way to redeem himself and to do his duty for his family.

To be fair, I also don't think the damage done to Ak can ever be reversed ( something Abhi understands and accepts). She will always be more confrontational now, but slowly we are seeing the OG Akshu coming back with her sweetness.

I think he is a bit holding on to share his happiness post what has happened in the past.

Like when a person meets with an accident and risked his life will be a little thoughtful to drive again, but will do it cautiously this time. Probably we r missing that OG Abhi. Now, I see him very matured and calm.

He is not excited about this whole marriage as he is looking it probably from Akshara-'s point of view and he feels she has already sacrificed a lot.

But definitely will never want to see him with another heart break.

Still I believe in Shefali's words rather than the curse of Muskan

If she is pregnant , Abhimanyu will stand with her, come what may. He will keep her in a lotus flower.

His love is unconditional. It definitely hurts not being loved but rather he chooses to love in return.

I love him for that.

That’s my point …saying I’ve changed is not my contention…saying I understand the part I played in the mess and I’ll make sure I have changed to not do that again is awaited n probably won’t happen …also fierce folks don’t need crutches of roadside strangers so that narrative always falls flat with me tbh

This is just what I look at it.

Because he is not genuinely happy. Its not about holding on to share his happiness. Yes, he is happy about getting his family back. He is happy about being given a second chance. He is happy about what this means for the future etc etc. But he is clearly not happy with the marraige itself.

When Ak asked him to get married, he was more concerned about her POV and when she explicitly asked him if he is ok with it, he said something like " me toh" and had a painful smile. He then explained how he wants to right his wrongs. Since then, each celebration of this wedding, he has not seemed happy. Infact in some places Ak looks more normal than he does. He pretty much constantly has a pained expression with her.

Yes he is choosing to love, to spread love, everything is true. But he is human and he also needs love. At this point his POV is one of responsibility towards his love and his son. But he himself is trying to be happy with small bits here and there. He is trying to focus on Abhir more, than the fact that he is marrying the woman he loves and he cannot even be happy about that marriage.

Wasn’t it Abhinav sho was trying to live Abhimanyu’s life n not Vice versa…okay next prize is for the person who breaks this truth to muskan
