For Saxena's may be they can say that ,

Dhruv's family had forgotten him , but bcoz DT were united , they were able to again make a place in their hearts .

They could've probably laid a more logical course by making D-T meet the Maharishi first when they time travelled to the 21st after Dharmendra's warning, and then having D-T meet Dhruv's family.

So when they meet the Maharishi and are shown the vision, doubts creep in, and then the fam is shown to have forgotten Dhruv.

I'm kinda surprised Tara hasn't questioned Ranchod as to how he knows so much. Maybe she does it in next week's episodes; maybe not at all
