Neil kuch nehi kar sakta tha however Neil interrupted when Kartik was getting physically involved through manhandling.

He did not. Neil just kept on saying a word and then he remained silent when that chomu yelled at him. It's not like Neil works for him or is less powerful than him. If it was uncomfortable to say in between them, atleast he could've raised his voice more than Kartik's when he was yelling at Neil. He didn't yell at Neil once to let go of it. Everytime he tried to push a word out of his throat he did and this guy silenced as if Kartik did not let him speak

I didn't watch that movie since I had heard they made fun of Brahmins in it
