IMO, It seems like a dig at Yumna. The original tweet asked them why they chopped off the IV where Bilal was getting praised.

Why did yumna do that. She made the host delete the clip in which she praised bilal but sent that deleted clip to bilal himself saying i got your clip deleted. And bilal's pr leaked this clip to his fan pages. Wow this must have created a massive fan war between bilal fans and yumna fans back then. And hassan & aamna as usual poking their heads and igniting a match stick between the fans.
