Neil is actually Ghar ka ladka. He has grew up in that very campus in front of everyone. Dadababu, Dhanraj etc are high profile people so they don't see him daily but all those people working for Mahajans specially guards sees him daily, some of them may be saw him growing from a child to a man in front of their eyes so obviously none in Mahajan mansion have the audacity or right to stop him. He is Neil Bharadawaj the son of their legal head. Already an extended FAMILY to Mahajans irrespective of his equations with them.

Kartik is the OUTSIDER there & he will always remain so.
