It's the dressing as well. Orangreza he was in those bad kurtas and in pks he had some weight on. Didnt look lean. In balaa most of his scenes are with the women of the house and all were shorter than him. In kuch ankahi he was the second tallest after ali safina. Everyone else were shorter than him including veeneza and Mira sethi. He looks taller than saba even when she is wearing heels and saba is very tall for a female. So I guess he is around 5'10 or 5'11.

I also think he is 5'10 or 5'11. In KA I think Babar Ali was taller. Not sure though.
