They said they never dated , they were just friends . Hira felt like he would make a good husband so she asked him that they should take their relationship to the next level , he had bad experiences in the past so he asked to wait but didn’t give her any hope that he would be with her . She still stayed and was dedicated to him . That made him realize he won’t find someone better than her .

I think that whole not dating and just getting married is weird but I guess it worked for them . I don’t think they’ll last but their cute for now
