Kartik and Neil were inside when this Yuvika exchange happened, while DJ was outside with lots of people shouting around, there was no way he could have seen the event and 0% chance to hear the conversation, the plot convenience was way tooo much

Or maybe DJ went to see why Neil came.. he said to Kartik the person who loves smone very much will jump in fire to save them.. so that means he saw them.

There are too much plot convienance happening in this show. I was excited for the time when Neil will come in front of everybody, how will everyone react. Yaha to kuch nai hua. And DJ ko dur dur se sab pata bhi chal Gaya. All of them only giving expression but properly to koi react hi nai karta time par.
