It's clear that neither DB likes Neel nor does Neel cares about it. Maybe it's because Neel broke his friendship with DJ in past and did some kind of badtameezi with the Mahajans because of his Papa's arrest

Rather than angty i think he was confused seeing him there after many years.. he was worried for Yuvika as well.
