I think SRK has double role and story has 2 timelines one shows the journey of the older SRK who in his younger days was in Army now turned bald vigilante, 2nd is his son the clean shaven one, DP is opp older SRK (in his young days) who might have died brutally, Nayantara is obviously opp the clean shaven son SRK.

In all seriousness, looks like another hit is on the way for SRK. This one doesn’t have any jingoism in it. Just plain old revenge drama. Even neutral folks interested in masala films might enjoy it.

Double role with multiple get-ups is how it is usually done. Anything else, it has to be a surprise and might turn out to be overcooked masala.
