It's not just about getting jobs, these powerful guys will run a social media campaign and character assassination these actresses and even without any sort of character assassination female actors get hate. Also they can file defamation case and if these actresses won't be able to prove the harassment they will have to pay a hefty amount.

They will make the life hell for not just the actresses but her entire family.

They are misusing their powers, but unfortunately none of the actress have strong background to fight with these rascals. I have heard few actresses who slapped directors/crew members on set. Faryal mahmood named and shamed momina duraid's husband.

But baat wohi haina, jab taak awaaz nhi uthayein gaye inn rascals ka hoslaa aur badhey ga. In world of social media, where actresses getting hate, they also get support through this metoo campaign.
