Though I am able to move my hand but the pain, heaviness and stiffness still there after exercise and physiotherapy. Doctor said it is arthritis. Will take time to recover.

Padma, the pain n stiffness will go with everyday exercise which will become a regular routine in your life now, you will have to give time to yourself now. Arthritis is very painful and heals through yoga or exercise only. Guess you have your nephew's wedding coming up.
