Yeah I understand they're trying to draw a parallel of how it feels when one is blamed for someone's death & the diff in actions of the 2 leads.
But my pt was to highlight the poor writing.
Writers are trying hard to pass this whole thing as some super suspense track, which is making it only look stupid.
Akshara's law degree had to be used somewhere, provided they kept reiterating it, and if they chose this over custody then the execution shouldn've been way better. What Akshara is doing here doesn't give slightest hint of criminal lawyer. It's something v.basic that any sane person would've done ie, checking the available footage & highlighting custody returning paper.
But we've seen first-hand there's no pt in hoping any logic n execution from this show... so I'll just bash its stupidity now 😂
