I personally believe Channel play no role in storyline and plot, it's all DKP and PH job. Channel can ask for clarity, pressurize production house for trps and at the max... In rare cases make suggestions. Baaki story kya hai unhe bhi ganta pata hoga.

As far as AkshNav is concern, there were 100s of clues in the show and DKP promo that Abhira is endgame, but I only wanted that character to phase out and probably stay with Abhir. Arrey and heck DKP ne typical iTv hints bhi diye the... I always felt that ke woh beech mein se hatt jayega jaise woh phool gir gaya tha beech mein se 3 mahine pehle... Hints dekar itna wait kaun karta hai?

So, DKP isn't wrong when they said Abhira story, but uske liye character ko marne ki kya zarurat thi... For me real fun began when Akshara fell in love with Abhinav 😆... Matlab woh toh full on unexpected entertainment tha...

So, anyways, SBS is linked to channel, they stay in touch with channel more than PH and they air on TV on Star. Hence, their TRPs are more reliable than any other source. Channel don't care for storyline or plot, they care for trp and business no matter who gets it!

I would've asked for suggestions but filhal ke liye I'm done with ITV's cringe & inconsistency... Iss show se reel back karne ke baad not watching any daily soap for quite sometime.

I don't watch shows... I follow the storyline... I think last show jo maine iske pehle religiously follow kiya tha was BhagyaLaksmi for 3 months max and before that it was Saakk... Ab I will continue with keeping tab...

Suggestion toh koi hai nai... ITv par sab bakwaas hi hai, try karna hai toh English Sitcoms dekh lo... Brooklyn Nine Nine or if you want life time trauma How I Met Your Mother...

@bold I used to think so too bcos apparently why should the channel care how a show is minting money for them if it's successfully doing so...

But after seeing the raita here my opinion has changed slightly. Channel seems to have interfered here.

Dkp hadn't stopped dangling Abhira gajar but they were pretty much continuing the show with the narrative of Akshnavir... and foreshadowing ki to baat hi nhi karte hai yha bcos they all were as meaningless as the ckts thu thu thu.

Sitara throughout has promoted Abhira only so their choice was pretty clear. Plus, channel has some weird obsession with og ship. Ghum was a good teaser of it. And Imlie, yrkkh are following the trail.

B99 saare seasons already dekh chuki hu

HIMYM ki ending pta chal chuki thi and not gonna watch after it.. bcos bedhangi endings leave a bad taste in mouth & spoil the overall good parts of the show too (personal experience coming from GOT) 😅
