She only has one pic of bilal in her insta during dunk times which was a bday wish but looked more like shading 🤣. Bilal didn't even like that pic 😆. Also according to his fans he is no longer under her. He changed the management. She used to handle both ramsha and Bilal but now only ramsha is under her.
