Karthik was shown clearly on a phone call with Yuvika from his hotel room, when she was inside that old burnt office with Neil that evening while searching for old records & Karthik on call heard their laughter,🤗that's were another scene of MU followed with all three.

(btw it felt like Neil was successful in diverting Yuvika's attention from Avni to Pooja, she was searching ONLY for Pooja's records in old office not Avni's, though both were supposedly 2003 recruits. The moment Neil showed her old piece of paper with Pooja S name, he hurried Yuvika saying he is scared & both left from that place with no further search activity.)

Now at that time another guy/gal was shown secretly following Yuvika & Neil inside old office hiding under darkness, only black pants & shoe were visible.😳

As per new precap, some one is again following Yuvika & Neil to Poorja's house. These two persons can be different or same, if same then possibility of Karthik is practically ruled out, so it can be our known guy Vivek or some other.😛

If its a different person, then possibility that goon type Phoenix in-charge Rathi's man or DJ's man to keep an eye on Yuvika's steps, but then it won't be related to Pooja/Avni.

Fishy guy Neil might have assumed after AV fiasco & internal committee enquiry, Yuvika will be terribly angry & upset with entire Mahajan's as she got blacklisted being innocent, and he can motivate & easily use her as bait against fight with Mahajan's. He tried provoking her against Bhanu at parking lot next day, but Yuvika didn't want to hear anything wrong about her Dadababu, she just left to office for presser.

In another shock to Neil, Dhanraj became chairman same day & he told press there are NO charges against Yuvika she will continue to be part of Mahajan business,so back to square one. Now next surprise to him, Dhanraj made Yuvika head of phoenix & she also started her work.

So seems Neil is back to Pooja jaap like he did in 75 years event, may be to divert Yuvika's attention? That entire house of Pooja & Neil helping Yuvika in searching activity appears so much pre-planned / staged in precap,🤪 as if Neil or someone is trying hard to make Yuvika believe there's a huge dark mystery, someone has kidnapped Pooja, but isn't..😆 let's see how much more naive this Yuvika becomes. The more she goes after Pooja, more time she may lose in her search for Avni?

Your theories are so good, but sadly makers are not investing enough time to build neil.

However, if you go with this theory and neil is using yuvika to take revenge from Mahajan. So, does it make him villain or keep him in the positive side?

E.g.

Old movie Baazigar, SRK's role Ajay was positive or negative? its based on revenge saga & promise he made to his mother, so was everything with him black & white when he killed elder sister & made younger sister fall for him?😒

Here everything about Neil is fishy in Vanshaj right from first time Neil bumped into Yuvika in lanes when she was fighting with thieves, where she went to meet that old reporter.😳

Neil is Vidur's son lives in staff quarters inside Mahajan campus. He hates Mahajan's, he doesn't like discussing Mahajan's or business at home. He claims working with rival Arora's.😔 Neil meets Yuvika only inside parking lot/garden or outside campus, he never enters main mansion. 🤗He interacts with girls Miraya, Shanaya, Isha but no other elder Mahajan's, other than Bhoomi whom he met after 20 years in 75 years event.

Neil is shown enthusiastic & helping nature only in matters where Yuvika wants to unveil Prem's past scandal, but he doesn't support her in office work or other matters, he is extremely secretive about himself, what does this indicate?😳
