As per precap, Yuvika is uneasy sitting in press meet that is being held after BOD meeting to announce new Vanshaj decisions, but if we notice DJ is looking furious sitting next to Yuvika.😲 It means as an exiting chairman Bhanu not only got shares transfer approved, 🤗he might have suggested Yuvika to be inducted into BOD representing Prem's family? This means two shots with one arrow funda Bhanu is applying.👍🏼

DJ & his parents wanted Yuvika just out of office & business with a black mark & public humiliation, but she may be part of Mahajan board in decision making role from now on. 😆 btw DJ took him granted & stood up the very moment Bhanu started announcing next chairman of Mahajan group in precap, poor chap will face humiliation before press.🥺

This is interesting, but I really doubt he will do so many things in one go. The next Chairman will definitely not be DJ, else the show will end

I think he will divide the business into two parts since it's family and Prem had huge contribution in making the company big...

The internal committee result prohibits Yuvika from joining Mahajan group but she can be the chairperson of the new company formed

A group chairman can reject flawed internal committee report on merits/demerits... among others here DJ's FIL sits in internal committee as a panel member which declares his SIL DJ is not guilty..😛 its evident Bhanu will course correct it when before walking out of committee hall Bhanu asked panel if decision is final or can be altered? DJ's FIL rejected saying already Mahajan group shares fell & image has suffered in media so they have to conclude soon. His meeting next with Vidur in his cabin hinted Bhanu knows Yuvika is innocent & committee wasn't impartial in their verdict to declare her guilty plus blacklist her from working in any Mahajan offices.

Bhanu has to first ensure transfer of late Prem's shares/equity to his family by board, only then Nagar's will have a say in business & even board decisions to control possible monopoly of Dhanraj, DJ & his FIL in future board decisions, after Bhanu resigns. 😳

Whether 75 years Mahajan group will be divided or not requires all other share holders approval more than board, because they are listed companies in stock markets. Feel without dividing also DJ & Yuvika can be given responsibilities to manage few units separately and report to the new Chairman, who has to groom them & monitor their performance on a regular basis.

Does anyone else have a feeling that Prem's death wasn't natural but he was killed? A few mins before his death he was talking to Yuvika normally and 5 mins later doc tells that he died due to multi organ failure....idk something doesn't sound right , also his expression when Vidur closed his eyes screamed of shock than pain , shock like "I can't believe this person is smothering me with a pillow" kind of shocked expression in his face...
