why do they need to show that akshara never loved Abhinav for abhira reunion?? Abhira reunion can happen with the knowledge that akshara will always have a place for Abhinav in her heart. - “Abhinav ne usko pyaar nibhana sikhaya”
hopefully makers don’t have such notions of “purity” or the idea of loving one person throughout life.

frankly I don’t think show me kisi ko bhi problem hogi, Abhimanyu aur mumma ko to tab problem nhi thi jab Abhinav jinda tha to baad me to kahan se hi hogi.

Please we must uphold Victorian notions of purity and intimacy. If you loved someone once upon a time in your life, you must prove that your love was true by remaining sexless for the rest of your life. Because, y'know, purity. What do you mean that it's 21st century and women don't have to adhere to essentialist notions of purity that were devised to control their bodily autonomy? What do you mean people like Vidyasagar, Ramabai, Premchand championed the cause of widow remarriage/divorce even in previous centuries?
