many thoughts about this

a. The names aren't too bad but naming after these unlikable characters.. yikes

b. Knowing how Tere Bin fandom is, why would she post these babies' pictures for the world to see.. Next thing you know someone will photoshop these kids in the laps of Meerab and Murtasim while Meesam watches ..and caption something like darling Meesam is over the moon that she now has little siblings to play with

c. The poster lied and the children arne't named that..

d. like how there was news after GOT finale ended that parents who named their kids Khaleesi had to change it to something else cuz they no longer liked the character anymore.. similarly , next season there will be another flavour another name

They are just randomly throwing stones. It's a common thing nowadays to seek counselling or therapy when someone is going through hard phase in life. So all this guessing of sajal seeking therap can be true considering and it's not a bad thing.
