I agree. If Abhinav dies saving Abhir why would Akshara blame Abhimanyu? She should blame Goenkas. Cause they sent her to Kasauli where she fell sick and because of that, Abhir ran away and got lost.

If Abhinav dies rescuing Abhir, then it's a direct : my husband died saving our child who was your responsibility and in your care in the first place. he had to sacrifice his life for your negligence.

Exactly. Abhir a 6-year-old child was Manjari and Abhimanyu's responsibility.

Neil a 30-year-old man was not Akshara's responsibility. He made a conscious decision to go help save those girls. Still, Akshara gets blamed for his death

Here, Abhir is a child. Abhir's trauma and Abhinav's death are solely due to Dr. Birla and Dida's gross negligence

This reminds me that Abhir's deteriorated health which led to his immediate surgery was also due to their gross negligence. They could not take care of the child for one hour while AKhsnav has raised the same child for 6 long years.

If abhinav dies he will die as a hero saving abhir. Abhir can not blame anyone than himself as he took bold decision of roaming alone.

If abhinav don't die there may be some situation created where abhi's life is in danger and at that time akshu's hidden pyaar may come out after seeing which he will decide to unite them.

If some thing happens if abhinav dies inorder to save abhimanyu why will anyone blame abhimanyu as abhinav is an adult and he took a decision to save abhi. if akshara is expecting ppl to accept her decision of risking her life then his decision should be honored by her. And abhir will not blame abhimanyu as sharma themselves pushed abhir towards abhimanyu and abhir himself decided to escape birla mansion.

AK will find a reason to blame Abhimanyu.....she will make one up if there isn't anyone available. She finds Abhimanyu responsible for everything...whether or not it makes sense.

He's a literal kid. Just because he wants to run away doesnt mean he doesn't have guardians to stop him 😆

Pretty sure it falls under sole custody : to make sure the kid doesn't run 🏃💨 from home and wander the streets under any circumstances.

The safety and security of the kid is on the parent with full custody. Period. It's immaterial why he ran away. It's the fact that he did under the said parents' care and is now missing. The Court will question why that parent was negligent.

The Court which gave Abhimanyu full custody and responsibility of Abhir will find him negligent in taking care of him. It will find him guilty for compromising the safety and security of the child.

And it makes absolute sense cause it is the law 😆.

Honestly, I think Akshara will be more worried for Abhir’s safety. She is already mentally unstable. She may not even blame anyone right away and her health might deteriorate further and will mostly need medical attention. Abhimanyu to the rescue!
