It's not necessary that teasers are directed by the director himself. Even some scenes of the drama might be directed by the AD. Since the teaser is like a music video it's not necessary that a drama director is needed.

Doesn't he look the same in all posters or BTS? The only difference I see is in how he dresses, one is more of a politician look and the other is more dressed-up look. Will wait for teasers or trailer.
