I read it and it has many controversial things. The male lead's past itself is very problematic. I don't like the novel because of these very reasons because none of them was handled properly I think.

I liked the novel,liza and sikander's bond was precious but it's jut not the right time to dramatize it

A man slapping a girl, parents leaving the girl at the door, girl using someone innocent for her revenge, disgracing the marriage with a nonsense contract, the whole drama running on a vulgar topic, girl insulting her husband in front of everyone, boy doing the same some episodes later, asking the wife to jump, slapping and spitting at your husband and then both becoming dump at the time of vamp's cunning planning, all this isn't bad for them. WOW! Every thing in the drama was wrong since beginning not after some good 46 episodes.

I think Jo bache hain sang samait lo can be made better by adding something in umm e maryam's character other than being a straight up bitch n characterless.

Nemrah ahmed is way superior in tha sense her characters have distinct personalities even if they are evil

I agree. Nimrah Ahmed always rights flawed female character with strong back story and her all fl has strong moral values. She is pro when it comes at writing independent female leads. Haya, Zumar, Mehmal, Parishey all were unique and lovable in their own way.

But what she did with the sister's character in Mushaf still feels so much wrong to me. Farishte never had a vile aspect in her character arc as she was turned out to be later. 😭

And yes Umm e Maryam needs better writing. She is terrible and 🤮
