From the iv it was obvious Ahmad Saab wanted to end the love triangle sooner but nadeem wanted to drag it till the end to create hype. For that Aaliya and Salman needed to be at loger head till the last episode and they couldn't have any proper conversation.

Me neither. I guess even if there is talks about S2 it will be in the initial stage and they will go forward only if they have a proper script and get all the actors on board. So there won't be any news for atleast an year. These team definitely won't rush it like FT or TB.

It’s incredibly hard to follow up a great first season with a great second season. Also, Bilal and Sajal both are extremely picky when it comes to scripts so unless the content is great, they won't do a season 2 and if they won't come onboard, there won't be a season 2. I would rather prefer them in a fresh script.

still don't think this show is as bad as people make it out to be.. like Tere Bin fans talking about the writing and plot holes and characterisation etc in MPHT and I am like really? REALLY?

Since it's a character based drama and each characters have their own journey it has better scope than usual love stories. it can have a S2 with characters having another struggles and going forward in life. Salman and Aaliya only started being official and they have a long way to go in the relationship and both have to accept each other with all their flaws and differences. Same with samiya and Saif. Tanya, ali and shakeel still haven't started their career.
