Bold 1- It's imminent but either T or D or both being away (mostly T) plays a key role in this theory. Presumably the presence of T could've stopped it- again not clear on this, but it does seem that way.

Would it still get destroyed if D-T remain together in the 17th instead of going to the 21st? Anyone's guess

Bold 2- pretty much so. He probably knows he's fighting a losing battle though, which would explain the extreme scaremongering/curses etc.

The fact that he knows he is fighting a losing battle is the hope that DT will overcome it. The promo said one obstacle not the obstacle. Which means this is not the end all. It’s a plot and I think will run around the same period as Samrat’s drama, or that’s my guess.

DT was 0.5 last week according to GTV and 0.7 according to Salil.

0.6 this week according to both 😊.

0.5 is not a bad start for a Sony serial btw- especially at 8 (comparatively non-prime slot)
