But also, I hope Yumna will put more effort into her styling next term. Even if she doesn’t care, the character deserved it. I hate to admit it, but I also felt she looked older in some of the terrible make-up looks. The Bhaktu/ manly oversized eyebrows type looks ( Hassan also noticed the Bhaktu looks haha!) - please leave them behind in season 1.

The public opinion segment was on Geo News.

It's a separate channel from Har Pal Geo (which airs TB) with its own management.

There may be some corporate synergies but they usually the different GEO channels operate in silos - like when Wahaj and Yumna did their only IV, they did it on Express channel even though there are talk shows on Geo channels. Same for films produced by GEO Films. I saw cast and crew promoting the films more on talk shows other channels than on GEO's own channels.

So I am not surprised to see comments on Yumna not being edited out as the the two channels are different entities. Also it's a public opinion program - it is what it is.

It's always a combination of both. Their PR also has their account details I think. I don't know much about ptv but itv me toh PR and actor both manage. But yes, many actors share these type of things especially when they are overwhelmed or get the recognition. Doesn't seem self centered to me in most of the cases. Like you said, just South Asian/Indian subcontinent thing

Bcz when it's self centered, you can clearly understand that when the person speaks. Again who knows ke actors kaisen hai

Ok yeah…I think it’s a cultural difference. Over here it’s viewed as bragging, egotistical, and insecure/begging for positive attention when a celeb or frankly anyone does that. It took me a bit to get used to seeing that on their feeds. Such a difference nuances in culture can make! For example, when my husband wins an award or some other big news, it’s looked down upon if he posts about it himself, as opposed to me posting about it. ( Aside from graduations - those are seen as normal to post about.)

Yes I guess if it’s specifically an opinion program that makes sense.

Then I guess I was watching a different show than you 🙂

From what I saw Meerab did not trust him or gave him any chance to explain but went ahead to slap and spit on him and accused him of cheating. She believed Haya over him.

Also, Meerab had willingly gone to meet Rohail at the Cafe while Murtasim got tricked by Haya into believing he was meeting Meerab in their room.

Meerab went to meet Rohail along with Saba at a restaurant and when MK saw and asked her she said what are u assuming, let me explain but he he did not want to listen. There could be a reason for her to meet why not .

When meerab tapped MK shoulder , he mocks Meerab saying besharam , yes he did say that . She then again reminded him u always will assume wrong .

Meerab slapping or splitting is bad, but when a wife sees her husband in their bedroom hugging some one, we can’t assume her to be sane.

MK loves Meerab but he did not had that aspect of trust with regards to Rohail. Only to cops he said he cannot listen Rohail name with meerab . But he said to Anwar how he dreams , and MB clearly told Anwar that she had to tell Rohail name.

Saba comming and clearing meerab name with Rohail was very important as she had come to know MK marriage and also got to know he is still looking for meerab and asking about her. That way she could push Meerab also .

I hate to talk about this , after we got beautiful last episode. Now I just to want to be happy how they crossed both there weaknesses and got what they wanted.

Sorry in spite of loving MK , I had to address where I felt he was wrong 😑

@bold so true

Hmmm! Interesting. Where are you from?

Also media cannot be intrusive in western countries and cannot ask personal questions right? Whereas in India paps are everywhere (I think it's mostly in Mumbai comparatively)

Born and raised in Canada, living in the US now. Yeah, I think even the media is different here than in the UK b/c of differences in cultural expectations and norms. They can ask personal questions, and sometimes they do, but it’s just not as accepted and viewed as pushy and obnoxious/intrusive- as a result we don’t see it to the degree we do in India/ Pakistan I guess.

Yes. There are lot of cultural differences I guess. Though I am very new here in the UK, I still am very conscious bcz I here there are many gestures which you should do and should not. Otherwise, people might be offended. Then there is also a thing about photography where you cannot just take pictures of anyone. Whereas in India, anyone takes anybody's picture 😂

You understand Urdu/Hindi then? If born and raised in Canada??

Sorry to say but, hania can't act at all .If she had played meerub, the show wouldn't be this popular not we would feel this chemistry..

Hania is cute and has good chemistry with wahaj, but nothing is comparable to the scorching chemistry between yumna and wahaj...It is some other level ..

People who find yumna older must check their eyes..Yumna compliments wahaj and she and him look similar age ..lol

Just my opinion i am not a hania fan. Dont find her good with chemistry with wahaj.

But id their no yumna in S2 them nobody is going to watch that show. Yumhaj made tere bin.
