The endless saga of tears

The custody case had a screentime of probably 15 min, not even an entire episode I'm sure

Manish declaring custody case and the three parents fears were about 3-4 episodes

It's been what 4-5 episode since the decision and it's all tears still and is gonna be for another 10 ep atleast

Don't get me wrong I'm all for emotional content but I feel they're overdoing it and it's a bit of a drag

Precap has Nav saying aap ab bhi abhir ki maa h mein baap nhi

Please tell me it's not another of Nav insecurity track, we have had two one related to finances during custody one and another if he deserves his happy family before custody two , his feelings may not be invalid but that's not what I want to see as a viewer all the time

It makes no sense but everything can happen in ITV so please give some moments of happiness fun joy, the show has real gloominess around it these days

I don't understand if he is shown as some one who became father with no expectations then how he is getting insecured for birth certificates and all.

As a viewer i want abhi's name on bc as akshu should know she can't choose a father. But since nav has raised abhir from childhood. These things should hardly matter to him as abhi also shown as some one who just wished to be recognized as father he never asked for name change in bc and documents. He only asked abhir should know that abhi is his father.

Now again we are getting abhinav's insecurities highlighted.

What I don't understand is that if they had planned on appealing the decision this quickly, what was the need to break the child's heart! Why couldn't they have told him that Abhimanyu wanted to be a part of his life and misunderstandings led to this custody case, which he won. Why couldn't they say we aren't gonna give up and appeal to a higher court to get joint custody, something that will allow us all to be in your life. Akshara doesn't wanna see her grandfather messed up, ok, she wants to have unrealistic expectations from her ex who she has been constantly threatening about having no place in her son's life, ok, but in all that, how is she still not seeing that she put up her son for heartbreak. It is again Manish doing the custody battle for her.

I still stand by this, she is either a cunning woman who knew this drama would ensure Abhir isn't comfortable at Birla house ever and when the court asks him, he'll say he wants his parents or she is a really really dumb therapist who has no skills to understand even her son's mental health and what effect all this will have on him in long term.

Oh wow, interesting point😆. So is Akshara trying to play the long game that when she gets the next custody hearing date, she can claim that Abhir will never be happy in Birla house, THAT is why he should be given back to her? 😆

So just for that, she is willing to put her son through all this heartbreak of letting him think he's a financial burden to her? Wow😆

If they can do two custody tracks back to back, you can imagine the level of the writing😆

Every track is about Nav's insecurities only....lol even if it is Abhir who has been made the football being tossed between two parents right now😆

There is no joy to be found until they shed the 7 months overdue dead weight of this show😆....they cannot put back this genie in the bottle now that Abhir knows the full truth and will never go back to thinking he has just one dad and that is Nav😆. That's what Nav was counting on to continue living in his bubble....but now he will always keep sensing in Abhir's eyes that he may be thinking of his real father even if he isn't living with them....and that is why Nav can't go back to his delusional happy go lucky world....the time for that is past now that everyone is having to face the stark truths of this complicated situation that has reached this point because of Akshara's terrible decision to erase Abhimanyu as a father.
