In SH review of Ehraam e junoon Hassan mentioned about flashbacks in that drama. So Geo started showing flashbacks in that drama. If the producers want to make money, it's fine because it is business. They can extend their dramas to 5-6 episodes with flashbacks and slow motion scenes but the dragging of episodes continuing to more episodes needs to stop.

I remember one of the moms in the group was like MK has gone to find the chit 🤣🤣🤣🤣

She was so jokey and dismissive. Tere bin has one of the worst pak scripts ever. I know lots of people make fun of the 2000s ITV but TB script was even at a worse level than that

She wrote terrible things:

1. Made meerab overtly dumb ( going to rohail house, to MZ house, not alarming over Maryam eloping, not trusting waqas even after he supported her after M dropped her home. Waqas even said she never has to go back and it's over!)

2. Made women as second class beings and caricature of feelings as a female. (meerab- over impulsive and dumb, maryam- stupid, haya - too villian like, MB- complete misogynist). Made women helpless and too dependent (making meerab run on streets, she has no money or job even after 2 years to pay for a small hospital bill!). Worse meerab was actually highly educated.

3. Made a joke of murtasim. He promised qyamat tak yet he agreed to marry haya with weeks! With no pressure. This was the most disturbing and disgusting thing in TB. Haya is to Meerab as Malik Zubair is to Maryam. Him agreeing to marry haya is like him becoming friends with MZ who is his baby sisters almost assaulter and kidnapper. Just think!

4. Episode 46-47. The less I say the better. The last episode and the interview is enough.

5. Crazy silly illogical plot.

She can't write S2 under pressure in few months. She needs years. S2 will be worse. Don't watch it guys or don't start it. Save yourselves!!!

She is delusional and lacks humbleness. Does she have no one around her among family and friends who wants to give her honest feedback? Or could be a case of andho mein kaana raja

In the SH review she said she likes romance with an element of tragedy. The tragedy she chose was MR. Words fail me honestly.

And I’m beyond appalled at how everyone wants to overlook the original script. Even Amna was saying a woman has the right to forgive her rapist. Sure I’m real life she does but will a woman with agency do so? And do we really need this glorified on TV ending this bizarre and vile turn of events with rararere. Damn. I held hope out till the last episode of some master stroke/ some genius revelation by the writer but dang..after the last episode the original plot became crystal clear. It was simple and horrifying. Ultimately we have Meerab who is a lawyer, who used to March for women in college who has forgiven her rapist husband because she is in love. Wah. I hope Meerab doesn’t specialize in domestic abuse cases. But then Nooran also made her ML a wild life photographer and yet a hunter lol. I had even thought that had an intelligent twist and maybe Murtasim did photography on his hunting trips but alas. It’s simple and it’s dumb.

The only thing that will salvage this show for me is a flashback in season 2 that explains what happened behind closed doors as emotional consensual sex after Murtasim broke down and maybe brings up divorce. Even angry consensual sex doesn’t make sense to me when Meerab didn’t even want to spit on this guy 😂. If they don’t explain what happened in detail and remove/revise any doubt of force/rape, I can’t enjoy season 2 much.
