The last line about Murtasim pe hamesha Meerub ki marzi felt like them fighting about those things as kids and saying it. Like they were close growing up and Meerub said it to him and he did things her way till he had to take on the responsibilities and he changed and wanted her to conform to those which brought on the tug of war between them.
